Conference Fee and Registration

Below are the registration rates, inclusions and terms and conditions for registrations. All fees are listed in US dollars (USD).

Terms and Conditions

  • Please note that the fee structures are for per person per paper (6 pages and 5 authors limit per paper). Add 100 USD/page/author exceeding page limit and/or author limit. Accompanying persons mean family members only. If your coauthor or colleague are coming with you, please ask him/her to register separately. If you have two or more papers, please register separately. It is mandatory to register as author or student rate for the paper to appear in the proceedings (no refund policy).

  • Selected manuscripts from the "GEOMATE Conference Presentation" will be reprinted in the journal with nominal charges (40% discount on regular fees) based on the agreement of the authors.

  • Accepted papers which were not presented at the "GEOMATE Conference" need publication charges of 800 USD as a regular fee for 8 pages or less. Any page or fraction thereof exceeding the page limit will be charged 100 USD per page. The extra author fee is 100 USD/author if exceeding 5 authors. ​

All conference registrations include the following:

  • Lunch and afternoon break catering

  • Access to the Welcome Reception (First Day)

  • Entry to the trade exhibition across the Conference days

  • The proceedings in CDROM/USB including full papers with page numbering

  • Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration.

Name badge:

  • Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Registration confirmation:

  • Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

  • Please noted that application will not be processed without confirmation of full registration fee payment.

  • Payments can be made by:

    1. Bank Transfer (For local wire transfer)​

    2. Credit Card Payment: VISA and MasterCard payment are accepted
